After posting a twitter photo of her new hair in the past week, gossip sites somehow managed to spin a crazy rumour out of the photo, asking if Miley had gotten lip enhancements. She took to her Twitter account earlier today to address the rumour.

And it’s not the first time that Miley has had to knock down a rumour; in December 2011 Miley found herself slamming comments about getting breast enhancements after an appearance at the CNN Heroes event, to which she took to Twitter to let fans know it’s completely false.

Miley has always stayed true to herself even if it means taking criticism from the media – and it’s so lame that these sites have nothing to do but make up rumours! Don’t always believe everything you read.
