    Today, Emily (one of the owners of MileyCyrus.bz) turns 17!

    Emily has been updating MileyCyrus.bz since August 2010, and has been doing an amazing job ever since. MileyCyrus.bz wouldn’t be the same without her! She is a also one of my greatest friends.
