It’s safe to say that Miley Cyrus’s new bright blonde pixie crop is a bit of a Marmite hairstyle; although some fans love her new do and some prefer her with longer, darker locks (that’s putting it nicely) we hope everyone will be united in their opinions over her outfit at the recent ‘I Heart Radio’ festival.
